Dyslexia and Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be a fantastic tool for anyone who is dyslexic.

For some people, dyslexia holds them back due to fear, embarrassment or feeling ashamed of who they are.  Perhaps thinking I am stupid etc.

Hypnosis can help you to embrace your inner-self, appreciate the other aspects being dyslexic brings:
* empathy
* compassion
* creativity
* intuition
* drive
* persistence
* unique thought processes to help you to understand complex items

Sessions with Dyslexic Hypnotherapist Linda Connors will help you to build your confidence, enhance your abilities and embrace your inner self.

Here is a you tube clip called "Don't Call me stupid" about East Enders actress Kara Tointon journey of self discovery with her own dyslexia.  I recommend watching this if you haven't already.  This personally moved me as I am also Dyslexic.

Doctors are becoming increasingly supportive of hypnotherapy as an aid to better health. It is a non-invasive therapy, complementary to orthodox medicine.
